26' Fleetwood Wilderness Travel Trailer - One of the cleanest old travel trailers you will ever find. Never smoked in, no weird smells.
Original Fauconer Awning, in great shape with no tears. Power tongue jack with LED light.
2 skylights were replaced last year and roof was re-sealed at all seams. Roof is metal and in great condition. NO LEAKS!
Sub floors are solid, and there is no indication of rot or water damaged. This camper was owned by an elderly couple and was kept inside most of its life.
5 gallon water heater works. We added smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and an LP gas detector last year. New bathroom sink and shower faucets installed last year.
Brand new 12 volt converter. 32" LCD TV with locking swing out mount. Sony DVD player.
12 volt and 120 volt lighting throughout. 12 volt water pump with fresh water holding tank. Separate grey and black water holding tanks for water and sewer.
We couldn't deal with the small single beds, so I framed out a hinged door that opens and made a large bed and got rid of the old single bed set up. We have over $1000 invested in the 8" Cool Max Gel-Foam mattress with mattress protectors. The bed is a little larger than a king size now!
Trailer is pre-wired for a roof AC unit, but it has a window unit that cools it very well. We purchased a used roof unit & never got around to installing it. I also have a brand new seal that is required for the install along with the hardware needed.
All windows open and close as the should. All screens are in tact. The gas range works great, the valve for the oven is seized. It looks like its never been used in almost 40 years.
Tires are in great shape. I also had Triple Crown Trailers of Ocala replace the wheels bearings last year. The electric trailer brakes are also in great shape and work perfectly. Spare tire mounted on back bumper.
Trailer is rated to sleep 6 people. There is a loft bed (for kids) The dining booth turns into a bed & the large rear bed.
