Flxible Clipper RV

For Sale, Calling All Bus Enthusiasts: Own a Piece of History with the Fixer-Upper Flxible Clipper!

Price: $10000 Contact: SOLD
Used RVs for Sale, I came across an interesting post on Craigslist about four days ago. The post was about a Flxible Clipper RV Classic Collector Bus Conversion that is being sold by the owner for $10000. The vehicle is located in Palmdale, California. The pictures shared by the owner show that the RV has the potential to be renewed. It was originally a 1949 Flxible Clipper that was converted into an RV in the '70s. The engine has been removed and is ready to be replaced with a modern one. If you are serious about restoring this RV, the owner is also offering a 2001 RV Freightliner chassis with a Cummins ISB 5.9 Turbo Diesel as a donor. However, there is an additional cost for this.

Have you ever dreamt of cruising down the road in a one-of-a-kind classic RV? Well, your chance is here! This 1949 Flxible Clipper, meticulously converted into an RV back in the 70s, is up for grabs for just $10,000.

Spotted on Craigslist just a few days ago, this beauty is located in Palmdale, California, and boasts a solid foundation for your dream RV conversion project. The photos hint at a promising exterior, ready to be brought back to its former glory.

Here's the story: This vintage Flxible Clipper has been waiting patiently since the 70s for someone to complete its transformation. The engine is out and prepped for a modern upgrade, giving you the freedom to choose the perfect powerplant for your adventure vehicle.

But wait, there's more! The seller, understanding the commitment required for such a project, is also offering a donor RV chassis (at an additional cost) to jumpstart your journey. This 2001 RV Freightliner boasts a powerful Cummins ISB 5.9 Turbo Diesel engine (275 hp) and a smooth-shifting Allison 6-speed World Transmission. It even includes the rear axle and all the necessary electronics for a seamless repowering process. Plus, the donor RV has a mere 38,000 miles on the odometer, ensuring a reliable base for your future RV.

This is your chance to skip the tedious (and expensive) task of replacing rusted sheet metal and framework. With this solid foundation, you can focus on creating your dream RV interior without wasting time on structural repairs.

A change in lifestyle has forced the seller to part ways with this project, making it the perfect opportunity for someone who's passionate about bringing a classic RV back to life.

The bus is currently located in Lancaster, California, just 50 miles north of Los Angeles. If you're interested in owning a piece of RV history and creating your own custom masterpiece, don't hesitate to contact the seller (text message preferred) for more information or photos.
