I "rescued" this amazing find after it had been sitting for 6 years under some trees and brush. Got it home, pressure washed it, got it running, roughly, then hurt my back. This posting is for someone who knows and can truly appreciate this exceptional piece of RV history. I really wanted to do a full restore on this beauty, but, circumstances happen. It is complete, the tires look new, has all new tuneup parts, generator (not tested), and other spare parts. Interior is intact, along with all appliances. It starts and runs, but backfires under load, sounds like an exhaust manifold leak. Will go forward and back. That's as far as I have gotten on it. Brakes are not working well, topped off reservoir and they came up a bit. There is some rust here and there, and some evidence of prior bondo work. This is a restore project, but I believe not far from being a running unit. No guarantees, what you see is what you get. NO, I will not part it out! It is too complete to pick it's bones. It will need to be towed away from here. Easy access. I recommend a very heavy duty trailer or tilt hauler. Kitsap towing got it here with one of their haulers. Again, this is an extremely unique motorhome, only 268 of them made this year. Front wheel drive, 455 Olds engine. Built like a battleship, and very, very heavy. Please, serious enquiries only. This is truly a diamond in the (somewhat) rough, and needs a new home and owner who will put the time and energy into this amazing machine to bring it back to it's glory. Asking $2000 to discourage the looky loos, but if you know these machines, please feel free to make me an offer. It's just too nice and close to roadworthy to be my guest cabin. Might be open to trade for a yard tractor with blade.
