Detail by owner
Chevy Aerolite RV built on an Astro body. Has that bulletproof Astro engine. 19' in length, so fits in a parking spot at the store. Have original manual for the RV and appliances. Have all receipts for work done. Mileage is about 103,000. At some point in its life it has had engine work and a new transmission. I've also put a lot of work in it since i've owned it.

I've taken it across the country on the freeway getting 12-18 MPG, and on back roads in national forests. Its got good power to get you up those hills, but decent fuel economy.

Overall its a nice vehicle. It's not too pretty to look at on the outside, but the inside well makes up for it.

Vehicle:
4 Tires and a spare all new 6 months ago, new struts and shocks make it a comfortable ride, new breaks, new rear axle and bearing seals, new airbag in rear, complete new exhaust system from MagnaFlow, including catalytic converter. Passed smog in California, have paperwork for that, and starts and runs well.

Appliances:
The fridge worked at one point, stopped working while i've owned it. I haven't had it looked at since i've never liked using it. It might be something easy to fix, it might not be. The furnace heater works nicely, has a thermostat and starts up quick and heats quick. The AC and fan work nicely. The water heater works as far as I know, never used it. Water pump/sink work well. Toilet and dump pipes work fine. Stove top works, oven does not.

Add-ons:
I've applied 10year warranty Rubber Roof coating to the roof. This roof coating works incredibly well, and holds up to extreme conditions and ponding. I've added 2 50Watt solar panels on the roof, connected to a new charge controller, new 600Watt Pure Sine Inverter, and 2 new deep cycle batteries. The batteries are both closed gel 12V, 30Amp, 100amp hour batteries, in good condition and taken care of properly. That solar system is connected to the RV through the normal breaker panel, and can power all the outlets, fans, and whatever else you need plugged in. In the summer i've run the overhead fan, my computer, radio, all while charging my phone.

In addition, i've re-painted the entire inside (it could use a bit of touch-up if you wanted to with the spare paint I saved). Tore out the old carpet on the flooring, and replaced with wood-decal vinyl flooring and painted wood trim. The flooring is easy to clean and waterproof. I meant to re-upholster the furniture, but never got around to it (still have the fabric).

With a good offer, i'll include a motorcycle carrier that hitches onto the back. I used it to carry my Yamaha Enduro motorcycle with me on my journeys, which is also for sale.

Send me an email and i'll be sure to get back to you. Please include the title of the post in your email subject so I can find it easily.

4,500 OBO. Any reasonable offer will be considered. Please be considerate.
