I restored this camp trailer and we camped in it 3 days every week for a year. New 8 ply tires, new electric brakes, new wheel bearings, new grease seals, new grease, hub caps. Front door and cargo door both rebuild. Walls and ceiling rebuilt. New 2 circuit electric box 120 volt for 15 amp service, new electric wiring, 8 electric outlets, 2 lights, 3 LED AA battery lights. New very comfortable good quality $400 pillow top mattress 54" x 75". New all electric kitchen. Microwave, 2 burner electric cook top, coffee maker. New marker lights. New tail lights. 5000 BTU AC unit 120 volts the tag on the AC unit says 4 amps. We use the electric griddle to cook everything. Wife uses the coffee maker to make hot water for the sink to wash dishes. New curtains and rods. Lots of storage. 24" clothes hanger rod to hang your clothes. New Paint. New Caulking. Windows all work. New door lock works. Small 2 person high back sofa that folds up and can be removed. Easy to heat in 20 degree weather with a 1500 watt electric space heater. Easy to cool in 100 degree weather in a camp ground with no trees for shade. 3 cubic foot refrigerator with freezer. Water and electric hook ups. Everything is like new and everything works. Storage space in the cargo area, cabinets, shelves, under bed. Bed sleeps 2 adults or 2 adults with small child. 2 children can sleep on the floor and with the soft folded up or removed 4 children could sleep on the floor on air mattresses. 2" ball hitch with safety chains. Trailer lights and marker lights all work. Camp ground electricity is free with camp site rental propane is not needed. We use the Coleman camp stove and LED lights in places where there is no electricity. All propane pipes, tanks, stove, furnace, have been removed this reduced trailer weight 200 lbs. Easy to pull and easy to park in any camp site. We never cook inside the camper anyway it is more FUN to cook on the camp ground picnic table with the, griddle, toaster oven, crock pot, 2 burner stove, that makes camping a lot more FUN.
