About the RV:

95k miles
26 ft long. It is a V8 5.7 L engine. Automatic. It is a class C vehicle so you don't need a special license to operate it. This guy is in great shape. We have done a lot of work to it in the last couple months.

It can sleep about 5. There is a back room which functions as a living room set up. The couch folds out into a full sized bed. There is a full-queen sized bed above the driving cockpit. Both have foam mattresses which will come included with the RV. The kitchen table folds down into a single bed as well. Full bathroom set up : toilet, sink, and shower. Full kitchen: microwave, 4 top stove, oven, sink, counter space, and a fridge and freezer that is run on propane instead of energy. Large center closet with mirrors on both cabinets. Central air conditioning unit that either vents air through out the cabin or out of the Rv. TV/cable hookups with antenna.

Comfy cockpit that will make you feel transported back to the 80s. Original radio. Scanner radio installed in middle of cockpit. Roll down windows and cruise control. Original floor matts.

Mechanically - I have all the paper work for it since the original owners (there have only been 3 owners including me).

Since I've gotten it I have
• replaced the front tires and one back tire (under warranty with Les Schwab)
• installed a new brake hardware kit
• replaced the valve system
• rebuilt the tire pressure monitoring system
• balanced the wheel spin
• installed a new water pump
• a new blue top Optima car battery
• new starter with life time warranty from autozone

Cosmetically -
• replaced the carpeted floors with laminent wood installs ( I have about half a box of extra planks so that you can replace pieces as needed)
• replaced carpeted bathroom with tiles
• installed an original Dometic 3 way propane fridge. It is a newer model than the original but has been fully restored so it will last a long time. Plus, it looks like the original and matches the color of the wood throughout the RV ($1000 value)
• restored the cabinets
• paper towel holder installed
• new locks on the outside bays
• new vent/escape hatch cover
• new windshield wipers
• replaced several of the screens

The most exciting thing about this RV is we have two 100 Watt solar flex panels installed on the roof. These are incredibly light weight and easy to maintain. All the wiring is hooked up and it is set up to add more panels to expand your solar capabilities. I have the necessary wiring to hook up one more panel which will come with the RV. In this set up we have purchased the best systems. The solar power is collected and then sent to the charge controller. This regulates the amount of power going to the batteries. It shows you how effective the panels are acting and lets you know how much energy you have to use. This charge controller is also hooked up to 2 Blue Top Optima batteries ($200 each). These are the best batteries out there. They are cross in parallel. One of the batteries is then hooked up to the a Go Power 1500 W Pure Sine Inverter ($1500). This is what allows you to plug in your devices and converts the power into usable energy.

The extras:
• tow hitch
• silverware, pots, pans, kitchen goodies
• spices galor
• fridge accessories
• waste disposal hoses
• set of levels
• two wooden levels
• spare tire
• 2 foam mattress toppers
• cleaning supplies
• foldable camping chair
• bike rack that attaches to back ladder
• digital weather station in cockpit
• tacho meter connected to dashboard
• extra screen/tools to replace any screens as needed

Something to know about RVs is that there will always be something to work on. The things I was planning on working on included replacing the other 3 tires (all still have good tread, just something to keep in mind), resealing the windows (all the materials to reseal are included with rv), and cosmetic work to the outside.

I have all the original manuals for both the RV and the appliances inside it.

This guy has been our project for some time. The fun thing is that there is still so much potential. We have left almost everything in its original condition.

I have all the paperwork you could ever hope for detailing anything that has ever been done to this RV.

I also have the receipts and information for all the solar power purchases.

Asking $8,500 OBO
